Creative Connections LLC, is an Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Certified Agency providing Supported Employment, Supported Living, HPC, and Transportation services. Creative Connections is also a Certified Employment First Provider. Our primary goal is to properly assist individuals with disabilities within the Hamilton and Butler county area in a way that is custom to each individuals needs.
