Aims and Objectives: 1. Develop a balanced, flexible and gender-neutral workforce that is equipped to deal with the challenges of tomorrow and is able to operate in situations of insecurity and imbalance. 2. To promote equality, inclusion, sustainability, synergize efforts, and work towards unified goals. 8.
