A couple fellows with marketing savvy and a lot of vision produced the first COST-cutter Coupon Book publishing to the Philadelphia suburb of Upper Darby. As the media business developed and morphed so has COST-cutter Coupon Books. Piloted out of Winchester Virginia in 2012 the NEW COST-cutter Coupon Books are a blend of old school and new school media approach for leveraging the interactive Internet and Social Media while continuing with the success of Direct Mail and Newsprint on a localized basis.
