Overview

CiE is a pioneering online supply and demand platform of PinGuan since its launch in June, 2017, which aims to effectively connecting China cosmetics business owners with other brands, factories, and packages companies. As of November 2021, CiE has accumulated to help 122,934 people of 2,940 different brands from 47 different countries and regions.
