Expanding to include a broad scope of leadership solutions to diverse audiences, the company was initially designed to work with senior women in leadership. Tarran was inspired by the portrayal of Cinderella in the film “Everafter”, where Drew Barrymore’s character gave life to a leader who influenced her community in radical ways. She demonstrated: C.
