CCSL are in business since 1991 and have been awarded the Gold Medal Award (top accolade for on-site catering) for excellence in Ireland. We take great pride in our business and more specifically, the food and service we deliver to our customers and clients. CCSL focus exclusively on food service; it is not a part of our business, IT IS OUR BUSINESS. Our guiding principle is to provide healthy contemporary food which builds healthier workforces as we understand the impact this can have on employee engagement, morale and productivity. We cherish the fact that Ireland has a wonderful natural larder and we are seriously committed to using the freshest locally sourced ingredients at all times. Our chefs are inspired to love what they do and trained to create fresh, contemporary dishes from the best of Irish produce day-in-day out and within budget.
