Berman, President & Partner who holds an MS in Experimental Psychology from State University of New York and an MS in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Paul has over twenty (20) years of experience in business leadership, marketing, sales, and market research in the HVAC, pharmaceutical, and orthopaedic medical device industries. He has held leadership roles at Carrier Corporation (UTC), Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, J&J Medical Devices, Stryker Corporation, and Corin Group, LLC. Paul has developed and conducted market research programs, created and implemented national, award-winning DTC campaigns and sports marketing programs, and has managed full P&Ls, including the management and oversight of multiple business functions from finance and operations to sales, marketing, HR, strategic planning, and M&A.
