Ayyappan Unnithan, (Chairman & Managing Director) who has an impeccable reputation of 32 years in the construction arena of Kerala & Tamil Nadu. He has handed over around 58 residential and commercial projects giving top priority to quality and time bound completion. The experience and expertise of our CMD has enabled us to complete 7 residential and commercial projects and launch another 5 residential projects within a short span of 3 years.
