Copito is an interactive, reusable, durable, collapsible cup that uses NFC technology to connect your cup to an app. This allows customers to receive exclusive deals and promotions and allows beverage companies to more effectively interact with their consumers. Created in Cascais, Portugal at the 2018 European Innovation Academy. The team behind Copito comes from a diverse background with members coming from Canada, Taiwan, and Portugal who have education and experience in the fields of science, business, communications, and software development.
