"COOPLIFE is a full subsidiary of Co-operative Insurance Company Ltd" COOPLIFE was amalgamated under the collective corporate brand of Co-operative Insurance; segregating subsequent to the Segregation Act introduced in 2011 by the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL).
