Workshops include the Everything DiSC suite of programs, Situational Leadership II, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Presentation Skills, Persuasive Writing, Crucial Conversations, Team Dimensions, and many others. Let us know if you have a specific need. We work with you to identify gaps and needs, and then create and curate programs, curricula, and resources to satisfy those needs. Our main focus is in soft skills, manager, leadership, and communication support, and we work with a number of partners for hard skills training. We create custom content for in-person, online, video, and mixed model professional development programs. We can work with your subject matter experts, or supplement them with our own network.
