The Consumers’ Choice Award® identifies and promotes business excellence. Recipients are identified utilizing a unique survey that asks consumers to choose their favorite local businesses. Consumers are asked to base their selection on customer service, value, professionalism, and any other issue they may wish to consider. Surveys are conducted yearly by Survey Sampling International®, a global leader in customer satisfaction studies.
