Consulté Baltic Group AB is a consulting, educating and accounting company in Sweden for foreign entrepreneurs. Consulté was established in 2009 as the Baltic states started to explore the Scandinavian market. What came first was the customer enquiry which built the cornerstone for the further development of service. With no clear limits and with ever present challenges, it required courage to establish the paths of foreign entrepreneurs in Sweden. Consulté Baltic Group AB is the first consulting company in Sweden focused on Baltic entrepreneurs. We provide services within the building and construction sector for Swedish and foreign companies, mostly Lithuanian, Latvian and Polish. We offer: • Advisory in labor and business law in Sweden • Assistance in negotiations with labor unions in Sweden • Swedish work safety courses in lithuanian, russian and polish languages • Accounting • Seminars and conference on current industry issues • Swedish language school in the five largest cities of Sweden Our employees speak many different languages, many of which are their mother tounges. They come from the countries themselves, which is why they have specific knowledge about the culture and different rules. Our consultants know unwritten rules within the working culture differences.
