Building Foundations for Empowered Futures As a registered Canadian charitable foundation, the Construction Foundation of British Columbia (CFBC) focuses on investing in the development of the skilled trades’ professional workforce, BC’s future builders—encouraging entry into trade careers and completion of training to attain a Certificate of Qualifications or Red Seal Endorsement. The CFBC’s network of staff and volunteers take a collaborative and inclusive approach to provide support and guidance for people from all communities across the province. Various CFBC-led projects, initiatives and collaborations assist people with connecting the dots on their career journey in the province.
