Overview

Connect & Propel Tampa Bay is a local nonprofit created to help our region flourish, so that when the tide comes in all boats rise. They do this by running summits (city, county, topic) that allow people to come together in a diverse, cross-sectional format and talk about the positive future they want to create using the Appreciative Inquiry format. The 4-D framework used in Appreciative Inquiry allows every voice to be heard and uplifted into the conversation creating collective action and whole system change. Connect & Propel will organize the summit and help provide direction and clarity for the many work groups that form to collectively create positive change in our community.
