The Connecticut Policy Institute (CPI) is a non-partisan, not-for-profit research organization dedicated to developing responsible, research driven public policy in Connecticut. The Institute’s mission is to generate and disseminate good policy for policy makers and politicians in Connecticut and to provide citizens who are not directly involved in government or politics, but who care about Connecticut’s future, an easy way to stay well-informed and engage in the political dialogue.
