Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, Connect Midstream was created out of our shared vision for what a midstream company can be, built on the foundation of our collective midstream and upstream experience. We are producer-focused, results-driven, full-service midstream provider, centered around rapid response to midstream infrastructure demands. We listen to our customers to create custom, forward-thinking solutions to support their needs, rooted in integrity, efficiency and transparency. Whether it’s at home in the Midcontinent or across the country, our ability to innovate, combined with expertise and experience has positioned Connect as a proactive and value-creating player in the midstream industry. Our team has a proven performance legacy of exceeding expectations, operational excellence and creating value in every operation we undertake. Connect’s initial project included more than 200 miles of high and low pressure pipelines, a 220 MMcfd cryogenic gas processing plant, 7 compressor stations and anchoring the expansion of the Grand Prix NGL pipeline into Oklahoma. This investment was backed by an equity commitment from Tailwater Capital and Connect’s management, and a credit facility, bringing total financing capacity for Connect Midstream companies to approximately $400 million. Connect management successfully exited the business after multiple acquisition transactions in early 2021.
