Coney Island Hot Weiners opened on Oct 19, 2019 in Schertz, TX. The owners, Doug and Lorene Eldridge, became part of the Coney Island family in part because of Doug's passion for the product. Doug has been a patron of the original Coney Island Hot Weiners in Tulsa, OK since 1964. The Tulsa location has been owned and operated by the Economou family since 1926, after originally opening multiple locations in New York City. You will see the passion that Doug and Lorene have for this business and the products they serve when you are dining with them. The friendly service will be evident when you walk in the door and receive a welcoming greeting. They strive to treat everyone like family and friends. We are also very concerned about the health and well-being of our guests and our employees. So we make every effort to keep our restaurant clean and sanitized, well above normal standards. Every hot food product we offer has been thoroughly tested and MUST be able to marry up with our Famous Hot Chili, that will provide a flavor explosion for your taste buds.
