Community NeuroRehab offers an individualized and intensive, person-centered approach to brain injury rehabilitation, where participants are treated with consideration, respect, and full recognition of their dignity and individuality. Our program assists participants in their brain injury recovery process to enable them to live, learn, work and recreate in their chosen communities.
