Overview

The Community Associations Institute is an international organization consisting of over 60 chapters all of which are dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations that promote harmony, community and responsible leadership. CAI provides information, education and resources to all community association stakeholders. Our membership is comprised of condominium and homeowner association board members, homeowners, community association management companies, community association managers, and business partners who provide professional services and products for over 300,000 community associations. The Georgia Chapter was established in 1981. We provide an on-going event calendar that offers both educational and networking events to our members, including annual golf and tennis tournaments, bi-monthly luncheons, and continuing education classes. Benefits of membership include access to industry service providers and an extensive Research Library. The chapter is governed by a board of directors comprised of community association managers, volunteer board members and homeowners, and professional business partners. The chapter has adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to all members and all functions hosted by the chapter. Our chapter has won numerous CAI national awards, including awards for our publications, public relations projects, golf tournament, membership drive and manager education offerings. Leaders within our chapter have won individual awards both on a local and National level for outstanding leadership and support to the industry. The Georgia Chapter exceeds 700 members and is growing every day!
