The brand’s commitment to quality is reflected in its involvement across the full production process – from creative conceptualisation to the eventual manufacture of each final product. A strong advocate for sustainability, Commune also uses eco-conscious wood and timber imported from sustainable sources in USA, Europe and Southeast Asia, and lacquers and coatings with low lead and formaldehyde content that are safe to use for our craftsmen, customers and children. To date, Commune has established a strong regional presence with 50 stores spanning across China, four in Malaysia, one in Hong Kong, one in Australia and one in the Philippines. In Singapore, Commune boasts a flagship store in Millenia Walk, one lifestyle concept store in IMM and a Commune Experience Centre at 28 Defu Lane 4. We seek partners who are willing to join us in recreating the home shopping experience, transforming it into an urban adventure centered around creative and spontaneous exploration; the experience to uncover artisanal finds. The retail experience is key for us. All aesthetic elements of the store are meticulously matched to augment the visual impression of the collections. Our attention to detail extends beyond designing the furniture, into elevating the retail experience to put the customer at ease, creating areas that appeal intuitively and vividly to a customer’s six senses – sight, sound, smell, speech, touch and emotion.
