After spending years learning traffic techniques - SEO, PPC, inbound marketing, Social Media etc we found that trust and reputation was the basis of making a buying decision. You can drive all the traffic you want to a site, but if that site has multiple bad reviews what are the chances of going there? 79% of people trust reviews as much as a recommendation from a friend. Trust and reviews are like online currency. Reputation management is such a commodity and we don't focus on managing.
