CLI's mission is to guide leaders to transform from tactical problem solvers to strategic managers, and then to being more visionary leaders who are committed to fostering more collaborative and agile environments. CLI's work is based on the Leadership Agility framework created by Bill Joiner and Stephen Josephs. CLI has collaborated with Bill Joiner over the past three years and is proactively promoting this scientifically-validated and robust leadership framework to companies around the globe.
