Collaborative provides BIM (VDC) services to Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, Trade Contractors and Owners, including modeling for marketing purposes through project close out and facility management. Collaborative has developed and coordinated 3-D construction models for projects as large as $2 billion and as small as $1 million. Collaborative total projects executed exceeds $4 billion. Projects have included retrofitting existing structures and developing new construction on a greenfield site.
