Coherent Media Group is is a general holding company based in Cyprus and dedicated to the acquisition and active management of Media & Entertainment assets globally. Our Group is comprised of international professionals overseeing multi-national interests. Our corporate and capital strategies closely match the successful models of leading private equity groups with revenues in the form of portfolio company dividends, consulting fee income and capital appreciation from portfolio companies as balance sheet assets. Our business divisions are comprised of: - Entertainment, which currently manages the IP rights to a catalogue of entertainment content; - Publishing, which will soon be launching a digital native news source providing market intelligence and strategic insight across the M&E space; and, - Capital Management, with a Luxembourg RAIF structure in formation and advisory teams in Europe and the US focused on private equity strategies within the Media & Entertainment industry.
