Overview

Code Youth empowers and supports at-risk youth ages 17-29 who experience barriers to education and/or employment by giving them a second chance in education, improving their quality of life and building better futures. Code Youth inspires and cultivates the confidence to help drive change in their life and work. Code Youth is committed to helping at-risk youth learn the skills necessary to access technology jobs. The program training is full-time, 30 hours/week over a period of up to 12 weeks. Participants learn coding in an Agile environment using industry tools and the soft skills necessary to find meaningful entry level employment in the IT sector. At Code Youth we strive to maintain an inclusive working and learning environment. Code Youth welcomes people from different communities and provides an equal opportunity for everyone.
