Clueo Clinical is a social enterprise with a mission to solve the world's STEM graduate unemployment and create a sustainable healthcare ecosystem by bringing the knowledge, skills and opportunity gaps between academia and industry. Established in 2020, we specialise in Clinical Research industry training, and career support (mentoring and coaching) for STEM/Health graduates and young professionals with no industry experience through our innovative Industry-Bridging Program (IBP). We recognise that great talents underpin all Industry successes. Yet over 80,000 of qualified Australian STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)/Health graduates, who lack experience, cannot find a job after university or academia. Globally, approximately 1.15 million STEM students are struggling to secure employment after ≥1 year of graduation. These problems remain largely unresolved. Clueo Clinical was founded to provide a one-stop Direct-to-Industry Pathway to 1) bridge the academia-to-industry knowledge, skills, and opportunity gaps, 2) provide career support and 3) empower the next generation of STEM/Health graduates to achieve industry success and reach their full potential.
