Clinical Staffing Supports (CSS) is an ABA staffing agency based in the GTA, serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities across various settings (i.e., group homes, in-home, community settings, schools, and hospitals). CSS was founded after recognizing the gap in treatment for our individuals with the use of agency staff versus internal staff. The use of agency staff impacts the consistency and integrity with which an individual's treatment or support plans are implemented due to the limited opportunity they often have to receive the same or similar level of training as an internal staff. However, the use of agency staff is only anticipated to be increasing for the foreseeable future due to many factors such as staff retention, staff burnout, and pursuing further education or promotion. With CSS, using agency staff means no longer having to worry about who will train them to support the individuals.
