The foundation of our industry strength and the future success of our company are entwined and reliant on the value our diverse workforce delivers. Climate Control Group consists of four iconic brands, ClimateMaster, International Environmental Corporation, ClimaCool and ClimateCraft. Each has its primary production facility and headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our family of employees totals more than 1,200 men and women. More than 60% of our employees belong to a minority, comprising a workforce that speaks nine different native languages. The workforce that drives the success of each entity within the CCG family reflects the diverse cultural population of Oklahoma City. The unification of brands initiative under Climate Control Group began in 2022. It has included standardization of internal policies and procedures for diversity, equity, and inclusion. To further support these policies, a new online management training program is being developed with key modules dedicated to our opportunity and equality standards with a commitment to reach even greater objectives of inclusion.
