Supporting founders and business owners by providing leadership development to their people leaders Poor management costs more than what your team produces, and you may not even notice. We know that the role that people leaders play in employee experience, well-being, performance, retention, and growth is vital. The reality is that the support and development they have when they move from individual contributor to manager is minimal or non-existent. The result of having managers with limited people skills is that they and the team aren’t delivering, lose their confidence, the team is not getting along (or superficially getting by), burnout, which creates more pressure on the rest of the team, is costly and negatively impact the business.
