Clarke and Whalen Architects are an award-winning RIBA chartered architectural practice based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Established in 1978 by Bill Clarke and John Whalen, Clarke and Whalen Architects have a passion for outstanding residential and commercial architecture. We are one of Harpenden's longest standing architectural practices offering design services across multiple sectors.
