We do this by analyzing your current state and applying our framework inspired by ITIL 4 and our decades of experience in the IT field. There are many ITIL-inspired solutions available. However, these solutions are often not completely tailored to you but rather require you to fit within their framework. With Claric we strive to make our solution fit your organization’s needs and not the other way around. Our mission is to give every organization insight in their IT atmosphere. Thereby, increasing productivity, profitability and Clarity within that organization. We are constantly listening to feedback and developing new functionalities and API’s to be able to service any organization that has IT equipment and wants to use Claric. We believe transparancy on every level of the organization is key which is why we are creating a roadmap to constantly track development and future updates for Claric.
