We are Kolbe Certified™ Consultants, and apply the science from Kolbe's conative assessments to improve and accelerate teamwork. We are able to identify opportunities to improve productivity within any work group. Teams can be intelligently formed by strategically combining team members to maximize group performance. The power of this instrument is its accuracy and 40-year history in harnessing the power of an individual's instinctive drives to succeed in the workplace, to understand how to communicate and work with others, and to hire the person most likely to succeed with ease.
