Overview

City Planning Labs (CPL) is a Technical Assistance program of the World Bank which aims to strengthen the capacity of local governments to use geospatial intelligence for undertaking data-driven planning and urban management. CPL assists cities by developing scalable and replicable tools that turn data into information and insights, while supporting the institutionalization and mainstreaming of data governance frameworks. CPL's foundational interventions create an enabling environment for geospatial innovations, while helping partner cities deliver more efficiently on their core functions.
