The City of Oak Harbor is a full-service municipality located on northern Whidbey Island - approximately 60 miles north of Seattle, Washington. Incorporated in 1915, the City provides a standard package of municipal services including a municipal marina, fire and police protection, municipal court services, parks and recreation facilities, as well as water, waste water, solid waste, and storm water utility services.
