Circles Mobile Apps Inc. aims to digitize the traditional Rotating Savings and Credit Association (ROSCA) model. Our goal is to provide basic financial services to the unbanked and under-banked in the developing world by creating intuitive mobile solutions that encourage savings habits, build credit scores, and eventually increase access to tailored and fair credit.
