中以创新中心（深圳）有限公司（以下简称“中心”）是由中国知名投资机构深圳市东方富海投资管理股份有限公司发起设立的跨境商业，技术以及投资服务平台。中心关注生物医药，TMT以及环保能源，新材料等国家认可的战略新兴领域，聚焦吸引国际相对成熟的，具有能够在相对短时间内爆发和快速增长的高科技项目，并通过技术资源整合，引进高效的管理团队，结合世界一流的孵化器管理经验，服务海外项目，实现海外高科技技术在中国本土的技术转移与产业化。同时中心与东方富海投资管理股份有限公司共同成立投资基金，依托东方富海的资源以及资本优势，为引进国外企业提供全方位、多层次的高附加值服务。 中以创新中心连续三年被选为中国深圳创新创业大赛国际赛以色列赛区官方承办机构，目前是深圳市海外高科技项目储备最多的机构之一。中心目前已经与海外众多机构建立了长期而紧密的合作伙伴关系，其中包括加拿大著名医疗科研机构CAMH、美国著名高校MIT（麻省理工学院）的创新孵化平台，以色列13家孵化器以及以色列最大的医疗器械基金等。 China Israel Innovation Center (CIIC) in Shenzhen is a cross-border accelerator majorly owned by Oriental Fortune Capital Management Co., Ltd (OFC), one of the top tier investor institutions based in Shenzhen, China. We offer an opportunity for foreign Hi-Tech/Med-Tech companies to accelerate growth and scale up by establishing their China operation in Shenzhen. CIIC also has its own investment fund-OFC-iFund, a VC fund dedicated to bring China growth to foreign Tech leaders. OFC-iFund is managed by mixed international team of OFC. CIIC and iFund are first of their kind symbiotic Fund and Accelerator managed by seasoned group of Investors and Hi-Tech Executives who had been there and done cross-border tech growth management with combined experience of over 100 years. CIIC has been the official host organization of Shenzhen (China) Innovation and Entrepreneurship International Competition Israel Division for three straight years and CIIC’s Israeli project won the championship in the 2018 final competition in Shenzhen. CIIC is a pioneer innovation center in Guangdong province for successfully growing world innovation in China, hence strongly supported by Shenzhen municipal government as well as the Guangdong Provincial government and is classified as “Guangdong’s recommended pilot cross-border business accelerator”.
