Ciflik Winery is a family-owned boutique Winery located west of the city of Bitola, in the bosom of Mount Baba at a picturesque area underneath the village Brusnik. We specialize in contemporary wine style making, by blending traditional recipes kept and nurtured in the family for more than 100 years with new state-of-the art wine making approaches in order to get the most extraordinary wine tastes. Our Winery facilitates a wine restaurant with beautiful terraces & gardens, where our guests can enjoy in exquisite culinary recipes combined with our wines. This is complemented by a wine basement and production facility along with a Dégustation room for a more private enjoyment. Finally the resort hosts 12 contemporary furnished rooms for a complete and unforgettable experience for our guests.
