I photograph people and tell stories for companies, magazines and agencies My commercial work focuses on portrait photography and documentaries. The development of recent years has inspired me to incorporate photography in my work as a systemic consultant. This may be surprising since the production of video is becoming increasingly important and the relationship with organizational development is not obvious at first glance. Photography has the advantage over the production of videos that comparatively fast and cost-effective expressive results can be delivered. Taking pictures allows me to be part of what's happening. That creates the opportunity to capture even intimate and emotional moments unobtrusively. For me, photography is a form of communication and images are a form of language. In this approach is also the proximity to my consulting work: I observe and reflect back what I perceive. In this way new perspectives can be provided. Today there are as many photographers as there are smartphones. Everything seems to be photographed already. Professional photographers are suffering greatly from the consequences of digitizing photography. For others, this opens up new possibilities. A graphic designer does the photos for the customers' products themselves. However, this development does not have to be left to the creative sector exclusively.
