CN Asia Corporation Bhd (CN Asia) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 23 August 1996 as a public limited company for the purpose of implementing the exercise to facilitate the subsequent flotation of the Group on the Second Board (now known as Main Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in 1997 under the sector of Industrial Products.
