CSHK has been engaged in construction business in Hong Kong since 1979, including construction of building, civil engineering, foundational engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, and other construction-related business. At the same time, it is one of the large-scale builders in Hong Kong. It holds five construction licenses with the highest level of C-license issued by the Works Bureau. It can bid for public building construction, seaport works, roads and drainage, site development and water services.
