Chiariello & Chiariello is a family-run law firm that treats clients like family. We are dedicated to protecting the rights of injured people and providing exceptional client service. Our firm was founded by Gerald Chiariello, Sr. in 1955. He was joined by his two sons, Dominic Chiariello and Gerald Chiariello, II, in 1990 and 1995, respectively. Our legal team has nearly 80 years of combined legal experience to put to work for you. Our practice is limited to cases involving people who have suffered serious personal injuries from automobile collisions, trip/slip and fall, construction site accidents, bus or subway accidents, dog bites, nursing home negligence, medical or other professional malpractice. We also represent the surviving family members of those who have suffered an accidental death due to negligence. We believe in old-fashioned values of honesty, integrity, and client service.
