Cheshire Business School has been designed to transform leadership and management skills by making world class speakers and trainers accessible to businesses. Prior to its launch in April 2022, CEO and Founder Rachel Kay carried significant research which showed that there has been an executive and senior leadership training void in Cheshire. Across large, medium and small businesses, it became clear that there was a strong appetite for C suite training and that companies were often travelling out of area to secure CPD for their teams, specifically around leadership training. Cheshire Business School also offers bespoke training for its clients, including a complete organisational needs analysis and design to ensure education enhancement, coupled with its unrelenting pedagogy and is mapped individually to a company’s needs. Whether it’s a two hour keynote, coaching and mentoring or a full six-month leadership symposium specifically designed for a company, we are the business school to come to. Our open courses are completely unique. As the year progresses one of our world class speakers will be hosting a leadership book club. This again is a space for leaders to connect and take a moment out of their business to reflect, a time for serious thought collaboration or just simply some downtime after such inspirational speeches from thought provoking leaders, which is an essential part of growth mindset.
