Chemitex was founded in 1988 by Sameh Habib as a sole proprietorship. In 2013 the company transitioned to a shareholding company with all shareholders being family members. Chemitex Egypt is a leading chemical distributor providing business-to-business solutions through: • Importing and distributing Food Additives and Ingredients to Food & Beverage manufacturers. • Importing and distributing chemicals to Paper Making Mills.
