On August 1, 2021, Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis) and its wholly owned subsidiary Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. (Checchi) were consolidated. Checchi was dissolved as an entity and its brand will be retired. In February 2020, Dexis announced the acquisition of Checchi. Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. provides technical assistance, training and management services to promote social and economic development to help better the lives of people in developing and transitional nations. The company works in the areas of rule of law, justice sector reform, access to justice, commercial legal and institutional reform, and anti-corruption. Checchi also specializes in monitoring and evaluation.
