Ltd. was established in July 2005 by Laurence Liau, we specialize in civil engineering works and have completed various projects with multiple government agencies including the Land Transport Authority, Housing of Development Board, Ministry of Education, Public Utilities Board, Urban Redevelopment Authority, etc. We are registered with BCA under the supply heads of CW02, CW01 and CR 11 with financial grades of B1, C3 and L3 respectively.
