CFO Part Time will engage to ensure the organisation is using its financial and non financial resources in the most effective and efficient manner. CFO Part Time will focus on the organisations future performance and the issues which will heavily influence the organisation within the next three to five years. We don't drive cars by looking in the rear vision mirror, don't lead an organisation by looking backwards. CFO Part Time short term goals are to improve your business metrics by "one", one being one day of accounts receivable or 1% of turnover. The sum of all "one" improvements to the bottom line is significant. The medium and long term goals will define the shared vision. CFO Part Time will work with you and/or your board to improve cashflow, profit, business systems and present reports to show performance against strategy. Our Mission - provide short term interim CFOs or long term strategic financial partners. Interpret, analyse and present financial and related information to facilitate understanding of options to resolve complex problems and take available opportunities. LONG TERM STRATEGIC PARTNER - Organisations need a CFO to provide a high level financial partner. To clarify the vision, set smart goals, measure performance against goals and present financials to the board.
