Overview

Centre of Interpersonal Relationships (CFIR) is Ontario’s largest collective of psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors with offices in both Ottawa and Toronto. Clinicians at CFIR provide leading-edge, evidence-based treatments and assessments to over 35,000 clients per year in our 25 treatment and 17 assessment services. Our Centres serve clientele from all age groups and backgrounds, and accessibility and affordability of services are promoted through our reduced-cost services program. Secure video technology is also available to access services from your own home. Clinicians at CFIR offer a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), Emotion-Focused (EFT), Psychodynamic (PDT), and EMDR.
