Short presentation of the service: I would like to put our inspection service to your attention: The CCT deals with the control of all types of fabric and finished garments and accessories and we are also able to make the control services customized (with the help of updated machinery, such as metal detectors and so on). We also have the opportunity to perform laboratory tests for chemical and physical tests, certified tests, such as Ritch compositions, solidity, stability, pilling and so on. The service is ample and varied and above all can be modified according to the personal needs of the customer. Our work is basically based on checking the conformity of the fabric purchased from the ordered one, highlighting, if there are defects, or differences in quantity \ footage that can cause difficulties or damage during the cutting process and the packaging of the item of clothing. Our inspection service is generally divided into three phases: - Pre-inspection: verification of the stability values for steam ironing, the hand control, appearance and color with respect to the approved reference sample, the selvedge center for each dyeing batch. - Control: verification of the length, weight, per linear meter and per square meter, the marking of local visible defects by means of colored labels based on their gravity. All data are recorded on the control sheet which is printed in two copies, one will be inserted into the cardboard tube and the other will be sent to the customer with the shipment. After inspection of all data are sent to the customer and after final approval, the goods can be shipped. - Marking and Packaging: Each roll is packaged in clear Nylon packaging with an airtight seal. Each roll is labeled with a sticker which shows all important data. Moreover we are able to carry out many other types of checks, among which we think that it is very important to select the center of each scroll and the continuity card in order to verify the conformity and the continuity of the color inside a roll. The continuity card consists of a small cut taken from each roll and is useful for checking the continuity of color within the same dye batch.
