Overview

The Centre of Excellence for Food Fortification (CEFF) is established at the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), Haryana. It is the first of its kind Centre that aims to provide a holistic and 360 degree solution to issues related to staple food fortification. It is set up to create a sustainable system for imparting knowledge, as well as, building skills, with respect to staple food fortification (edible oil, milk, and wheat flour) under the aegis of CEFF, short-term structured paid training courses will be organized on edible oil, milk and wheat flour. Fortification Training courses will cover both classroom sessions and on-site demonstrations.
